Typical day of 2E3 student

Imaginative writing: Describe a day in the life of Miss Yeo.

Well..since I am who I am, don't think I will write about my life. Maybe I should describe a day in the life of a BPS Sec 2E3 student? Do comment and see if my 'description' of your life is correct.

School... You will wake up at 6am (depending on how far you live away from school) and carry out the routine tasks to get ready to go to school. School life is 'boring' as usual, except on days when Mdm Kavitha teaches English and on days when there is your favourite CCA. CCA is the best time of your life because you can pursue your interests and performing well in your CCA boosts your confidence level. Days in school ends in fatigue (tired) because by the time you reach home, the sun is almost setting. On days when there is no CCAs or remedials in school, you will head somewhere 'nicer' for lunch, with a bunch of friends.

Home... time for what else but HOMEwork. Tons and tons of worksheets and vocab lists to memorise. You will do it, even though it is so painful to sit there for hours just trying to figure out the meanings of those profound English words. You believe that "No pain, No gain!".

Happily... You sleep. Looking forward to the next day(or to the weekends when you can finally rest!)

My Feelings about March Holidays

Use one word to sum up your feelings about the March holidays and explain why you chose the word.

To sum up my March holidays in one word,it would be "occupied". It has been so long since I could take a breather from work and life. I have been busy with work (planning or trying to plan good lessons for my students next term) and busy working out. For those who do not know, Miss Yeo is an avid yogini (a person who practises yoga), so my free time is spent going for yoga classes. Yoga trains the body and the mind, therefore I have been loving it since three years ago. Anyone in 2E3 who knows anything about yoga? Feel free to leave comments on my blog...

I'm not sure if you guys have this feeling, but, after holidays (be it a week or a month),you look back at your holidays and realise how little you have achieved? Hmmm... the worse thing is I have been keeping myself so occupied, yet I feel I have achieved so little? Anyone out there who shares this feeling? Do comment.
