UPdate update

Well, received another complaint that I have not been updating my blog. Maybe it's because I ran out of things to say? Hmmm.. don't really know what to talk about though.

Maybe I should start talking about .... movies which I have watched? I showed "Superman" The Movie starring Christopher Reeves for 2E3 English the other day. I though it was quite engaging since they read a Reader's Digest article about the touching life story of Reeves. It is really a pity that I cannot show the whole movie. Curriculum time is really precious and there is just tooo much I want to tell them, teach them, educate them and influence them.

The next show I was thinking of showing them is "Coach Carter". It talks about Ken Carter, a basketball coach who insisted that his basketball boys do well in their studies before they concentrate on playing their games. It is quite a touching show, based on a true story. I don't know how much I can show them though.

For the 2E3 students who are reading this, sometimes I wish you guys can pay more attention to the language that you are using, so that there will not be so many corrections to do. Perhaps I will be able to show you more of the movies. And remember that the movies serve an educational purpose. I will only show movies in which you can learn something from.

That's for now. I will try to update the blog at least weekly.
